Willamette Pass

Blue skies and warm sunshine greeted the make-up cross-country ski class. The class spent the day on the bunny slope trying and trying to “do” as Bud Proctor said. All fell down lots and a few brave and talented ones made it to the rope tow on the big hill. Traversing and snow plow turns were the big goals of the day. Bunny slopers were Joyce Briggs, Dorothy Hayes, Dorothy Leland, Leona Mattson, Glenn Meares, Jan Middleswart, Wes Prouty, Henrietta Richmond, Parker Riddle, Jean and Bud Proctor, leader.
