We didn’t hike all the way to the top, but stopped and had lunch at a large rock outcropping overlooking Logan Valley. This is a good trail; wild flowers along the way; however, we did have to detour around several huge fallen trees which blocked the trail. This just added some interest to this excellent close-in hike.

Fun hike! Congenial group including Heide Didwiszus, Donna Farchland, Wilbur Groner, Dorothy Hayes, Elizabeth McMullin, Ralph Nafziger, Karen Seidel, Helen Smith, Beverly Soule, Lin Trombley, and leaders Velma Shirk and Dot Leland.
