Helen Weiser’s slide show on Spanish Speaking Countries of the World was a most enjoyable program. The turnout was very good. Several members long missed were welcomed home, and special honor was given Bette Hack, who has been a faithful kitchen captain for so long and who regrets she can no longer take that responsibility. Margaret Maxwell volunteered to take her place. Others who received special thanks were Myrtle Smith, Muriel Aufderheide and Florence Givans—the decorating committee—and Ray Sims for Lodge maintenance and coffee making.
