Three Fingered Jack

June 19, 1976

We left about 6 p.m. Friday and drove to Fish Lake. We camped that night under the stars and got up early. Then we drove on to Summit Trail head. From here we climbed. Up at the saddle we had a long wait for Mazamas, even though it was Saturday (I went on Saturday hoping to avoid this). Once on top the weather was fine. We all headed down and were back to town after dark, about 10 p.m., Saturday night.
