Three Fingered Jack
July 26, 1975
We left Saturday morning early, so it would be a one day climb.
We arrived at 8 a.m. at the summit trailhead.
The snow was all but gone making the hiking very easy.
The mosquitoes were not bad at all.
Up on the mountain we were unfortunately behind two slow parties even though
it was Saturday.
After four hours wait at the saddle we finally were given our chance at tackling
We had no problems climbing the pinnacle.
Because of our wait, it was getting a little late, so we hiked a fast pace on
the way out.
We all reached home about 11 p.m. for a well deserved rest.
