Little Belknap Crater

October 6, 1974

The group left the parking lot at trailhead on schedule. Weather was clear and sunny with enough breeze to make a jacket feel good. It took an hour and 45 min. to cover the three miles of slight up-hill grade. Beautiful view in all directions from the crater. No one ventured into the crater itself. The party was Ralph Barnhard, Mary Bridgeman, Ken Daletas, Steve Daletas, Evelyn McCornack, Herbert McCornack, Lei McCornack, Donald, Annette and Glenn Miller, Teresa Nutt, Richard and Ann Parnaby, Merle Traudt, Paula Vehrs, Helen Smith and Mitch Daletas the leader.
