Drove to trailhead at Sparks Lake and got started up Green Lakes trail at 2:30 p.m. After about 200 yards of trail the rest of trip was on snow to the lakes. We got to a good camp spot at lake at 6:30. Lakes and Fall Creek were completely covered with snow. Because it was freezing at night we started climbing at 8:00 a.m. to allow snow to soften and reached summit at 1:30 under clear skies. Returned to cars at 6:30. With leader Lee Hatch were three very good young climbers. Chuck Haddad, Wayne & Brian Hatch.
